The hotel is located in a traditional area with beautiful surroundings, and the common areas are decorated in a unique and charming style. The lush plants growing around give a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the view from the terrace at sunset was absolutely breathtaking.

The hotel could improve on providing clearer directions and information, as some guests experienced difficulties finding the hotel and had to make multiple phone calls before receiving proper guidance.

We had a wonderful stay at Hayat Zaman Hotel And Resort in Petra. The staff, including the lovely receptionist, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast menu was delicious and diverse, and the room service was impressively quick. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the Petra entrance gate, which is only a 15-minute ride away. The architecture and cozy rooms added to the unique experience, mimicking a Bedouin village. Though we didn't have time to use them, the swimming pool and gym looked great.

the village transformed hotel exceeded our expectations. wandering around and the pool area were delightful surprises. the rooms, though needing a makeover, were clean and comfortable. a beautiful and large room made us feel like we were in an entire apartment.

The hotel's location was perfect - secluded and away from the touristy hustle and bustle of the city, yet just a 10-minute drive to Petra.
